On July 28, 2019, the National Forging Standardization Technical Committee convened in Changchun to review national standards. Hetian Automotive's General Manager Pan Qijun, Operations Director Hu Baili, and Forging Engineer Zhou Hong defended the company-led national standard "Precision Forging Specification for Wrought Aluminum Alloys" (hereafter "Specification"), which successfully passed expert panel review.
Approved by the Standardization Administration of China and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in H1 2018, this Specification was submitted through the Committee.
During the review, GM Pan Qijun presented the drafting report. Experts confirmed documentation complies with GB/T 1.1-2009, requirements align with stakeholder needs, and content demonstrates technical rationality. The Specification achieves domestic and international advanced levels, advancing precision forging technology in China. Approved unanimously, it will be published as a recommendatory national standard after modifications.
To date, Hetian has led 2 national standards and co-authored 1 industry standard. This reflects enhanced influence in standardization, technical leadership in aluminum forging, and boosted R&D morale within Hetian.
