March 4-5, 2019 – A three-member CQC audit team conducted recertification audits for Hetian's integrated management system (IMS) covering Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety. The opening meeting commenced at 8:40 AM on March 4, attended by management representatives and department heads, chaired by Lead Auditor Mr. Chen.
Over two days, auditors rigorously evaluated leadership commitment, process monitoring, production control, environmental aspects, and emergency preparedness using ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The assessment covered corporate leadership, administration, operations, and technical divisions through document review, interviews, observation, and record sampling.
The audit team acknowledged Hetian's effective IMS maintenance and continual improvement, unanimously recommending recertification. Lead Auditor Chen congratulated Hetian on its achievements under management leadership and employee dedication.
General Manager Pan expressed gratitude for the auditors' guidance, mandating immediate corrective actions using Hetian's digital platform to ensure ongoing IMS compliance: "This audit comprehensively validates our IMS effectiveness, significantly elevating management capabilities for sustainable growth."
